The incredibly beautiful Beni Mguild carpets are unique with their subtle patterns, faded colors, and natural color transitions. They originate from the central part of the Atlas Mountains and are hand-knotted by local Berber women. The carpets were originally created to provide warmth and comfort during the cold winter months.
The wool has a high content of lanolin (the wool's natural oil), which makes the carpet easy to maintain.
100 % sheep's wool. Can be cleaned or washed with a wrung cloth.
