All prices are in DKK and include VAT. The amount will only be debited when the order is shipped.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

You have a 2-year warranty (right of complaint) in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at mail@craftsisters.dk and feel free to attach photos.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please check your package upon receipt. If the package is damaged, contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours). If a package is lost, we will attempt to track it – otherwise, we will send a replacement or refund the purchase.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us first – we almost always find a solution. You can also lodge a complaint via:
