Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499. Parcel box delivery on purchases under DKK 499: DKK 50. Business delivery on purchases under DKK 499: DKK 50. All parcel deliveries are made with GLS in Denmark. You choose the parcel box you want when you complete your transaction.

Shipping prices depend on weight and size - the price will be displayed when you complete your transaction.

You are very welcome to pick up your order at our store at Jægersborggade 53, 2200 Copenhagen N during normal opening hours (Mon-Fri 11-17.30, Sat 11-15.30)
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
Items purchased on Craftsisters.dk can be returned and refunded within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please write to mail@craftsisters.dk indewithin 14 days and return the item as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. Please note that the right to return an item ceases if you have used the item to a degree that clearly reduces the selling price. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as when received.
RETURN POLICY
Please complete the returns form and send it with the items you wish to return. The form has been sent with your items. Please note that the items are your responsibility until we have received them and that you will be responsible for the return costs. If an item is broken or lost during transport, you may be held liable. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to document the transport.
REFUND
When we receive your item and have approved its condition, we will transfer the amount to the same credit card or gift card that you used for payment.

DAMAGED GOODS
The goods are insured during transport and therefore we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within the first 24 hours so that we can refund the item. Craft Sisters is responsible for items that are damaged during transport. If your item is lost in transit, we will try to track it down. If nothing happens within 14 days, we will send a new package free of charge.
DO YOU WANT TO COMPLAINT?
