SHIPPING IN DENMARK
Free shipping on purchases over 499 DKK. Parcel locker delivery for purchases under 499 DKK: 50 DKK. Business delivery for purchases under 499 DKK: 50 DKK. All parcel deliveries are made with GLS in Denmark. You choose the parcel locker you want when you complete your purchase.

SHIPPING IN EU
Shipping prices depend on weight and size - the price is shown when you complete your purchase. 

SHIPPING TO USA
We ship packages to the USA weighing 1–5 kg. The final shipping price is calculated at checkout. For orders over 5 kg, we calculate an individual price based on the package's weight and size. Please note that any customs and import fees may be applied upon entry to the USA. These fees are set by the US authorities, and we have no influence over their amount. Any customs costs are the buyer's own responsibility.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship packages to Canada weighing 1–5 kg. The final shipping price is calculated at checkout. For orders over 5 kg, we calculate an individual price based on the package's weight and size. Please note that any customs and import fees may be applied upon entry to Canada. These fees are set by the Canadian authorities, and we have no influence over their amount. Any customs costs are the buyer's own responsibility.

You are very welcome to pick up your order in our store at Jægersborggade 53, 2200 Copenhagen N during regular opening hours (Mon-Fri 11-17.30, Sat 11-15.30)


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Items purchased on Craftsisters.dk can be returned and refunded within 14 days after receiving the receipt. If you wish to return an item, please write to mail@craftsisters.dk within the 14 days and send the item back as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the receipt. Please note that the right to return an item expires if you have used the item to an extent that clearly reduces its resale value. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as when received.


RETURN POLICY
Please fill out the return form and send it with the items you wish to return. The form is sent with your goods. Please note that the items are your responsibility until we have received them and that you must pay for the return shipping costs. If an item is broken or lost during transport, you may be held responsible. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to document the transport.


REFUND
When we receive your item and have approved its condition, we will transfer the amount to the same credit card or gift card you used for payment.

DAMAGED GOODS
The goods are insured during transport, so we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within the first 24 hours so we can get the item refunded. Craft Sisters is responsible for goods damaged during transport. If your item goes missing along the way, we will try to track it down. If nothing happens within 14 days, we will send a new package free of charge.


DO YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN
(We hope not) There is a two-year warranty period according to the Sale of Goods Act, which means you have the right to have a damaged item repaired or replaced. You can complain by contacting us at mail@craftsisters.dk or phone 4245 1614, every weekday 11-16.
