• Standard shipments: 1–5 kg

• Over 5 kg: individual price

RETURN & CANCELLATION

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The deadline applies from the day you receive your item.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us at mail@craftsisters.dk within 14 days.

You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Return

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• You may try the item, but not use it
• You are only liable for any loss in value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• You are responsible for the item until we receive it

REFUND

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof of return.

COMPLAINT

You have a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act.

Check your package upon receipt.

If the package is damaged, contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours).

If a package is lost, we try to track it – otherwise, we send a new one or refund the purchase.
