PAYMENT

We accept:

All prices are in DKK and include VAT.
The amount is only charged when the order is shipped.

WARRANTY CLAIM

You have a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act.

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us at mail@craftsisters.dk and please attach pictures.

DAMAGED GOODS

Check your package upon receipt.

If the package is damaged, contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours).

If a package is lost, we try to track it down – otherwise we send a new one or refund the purchase.

COMPLAINTS

If you want to complain, contact us first – we almost always find a solution.
